Spectrum Ticketing's management team is comprised of ticketing and call center professionals who average 20 years of direct industry experience. We have a proven track record of success in supporting performing arts, professional, collegiate, and minor league sports teams, as well as non ticketing clients. We are experts in the field of supporting sales and services for clients in the Performing Arts world. Everyone at Spectrum Ticketing is accountable for providing the highest quality standards of customer service to our clients and their patrons.

Executive Management

Jerry Johnson, Managing Partner
As a managing partner Jerry is responsible for leadership of the Spectrum Services organization including the planning and direction of all aspects of the company's operating policies, objectives and initiatives. Central to his responsibility is the company's growth and branding plan. Jerry is President of UPSTREAM, LLC, where he led the organization since its inception in 1999. Jerry's steadfast commitment to understanding customers' needs by creating a level of "customer intimacy" is unsurpassed.

Jeff Weekley, Managing Partner
Serving as Managing Partner of Spectrum Services Inc. Jeff has more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience. During his +25 years with Coca-Cola North America Jeff was Director of Strategic Planning and Director of Customer Marketing. His responsibilities included the sales and marketing for national chain drug stores, mass merchandisers, and contract food service.

Jeannie Sgro, Vice President of Operations
Jeannie was Spectrum Ticketing Services first employee. In building an organization based on technology and customer service, hers is perhaps the most critical role. Jeannie has provided Spectrum Ticketing Services with a solid technology foundation given her vast experiences with ticketing systems and telecommunications integration and the role they play in customer care. Jeannie brought with her a wealth of ticketing knowledge having installed the Paciolan system while with the Cleveland Browns in 1999 and has since become recognized as one of the leading experts on the application of Paciolan software in the country.
