Inbound Call Center representative
Inbound call center selling performing arts and sports tickets has full and part time shifts working from home, Monday - Sunday, day and evening shifts. Applicants who can work nights and weekends will get priority. Must have computer skills and a clear speaking voice. Customer service or prior call center background preferred.
Requirements: Clear speaking voice. Excellent command of the English language and excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Windows based programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Must have call center background. At home work considered as long as applicant can meet the criteria needed. At home PC requirements: Windows based computer, Windows 10 preferred, must be wired no wireless connection and headset. Excellent interpersonal skills, previous call center background and related customer service experience, Bi-lingual a plus and available to work at least 20 hours. You must be a team player.
